Common questions
Kent solicitors, answered.
Which areas of the UK do you cover?
All of them. Our office is in Maidstone, Kent, but we act for individuals and businesses right across the UK, and internationally. Every matter runs remotely.
Do you offer in-person appointments?
No. We are remote-first by design. Matters run by video call, secure document exchange and phone, so neither you nor we lose time to travel or waiting rooms. Your time and ours goes into the work, not the commute.
Do you handle both residential and commercial property matters?
Yes. We handle residential conveyancing for homebuyers and sellers, and commercial property for SMEs, including leases, purchases and sales.
Can I instruct Bonsai Law from outside the UK?
Yes. We work with international clients, and everything is handled remotely by video call, secure document exchange and phone.
How do fees work?
We are clear about cost from the outset, with no surprises. See our fees page for how we price each type of work. See our fees
