We publish our fees because clarity is the right way to work. Your conveyancing fee is quoted bespoke for your transaction; the schedule below sets out potential additional fees that may apply depending on the circumstances of your matter.

Your bespoke legal fee will be confirmed to you in writing before any work begins. All fees below are exclusive of VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate.
