How meetings work

Two doors, one room.

Every Circle meeting opens with the same choice. Bring a referral, or bring a problem. Not both. Not neither. Whichever you've got this week.

Referrals go first, a fast, structured round where members with something to pass on do so, briefly, and members with a match pick it up. No scorecard. No count. No fine if you didn't bring one.

Problems come next, one or two per meeting, twenty minutes each, moderated, on the clock. You bring the problem in three minutes. The room helps you think, in confidence. You take what you take from it, and get on with it.

Come as an observer if that's what you need this week. Nobody is measured. Nobody is scored. The only rule is Chatham House.

How we're different

Meetings that suit adults
Online, bi-weekly, at times that suit working parents and people with actual jobs. No 06:30 starts. No fines. No scorecards. In-person meetings in Kent will follow once the founding cohort has settled.
